Eileen McMorrow is the Sole Principal of YorSolicitor. As well as being a qualified solicitor,
she has a Ph.D. in plant biochemistry. She also has a post-graduate diploma in intellectual property
law and practice.
She is experienced in commercial law and also intellectual property (IP) and IT law.
She has advised a diverse range of companies from high-tech bioscience and IT companies to
heavy industry.
Eileen has recently become a CEDR accredited mediator.
